Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Use. It applies to the website at lobbylabs.net (the "site"), the early-access list, and our emails.
1. What you may not do
You may not, and may not help or allow anyone else to:
- Break the law. Use the site for anything illegal, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of others.
- Attack or probe the site. Try to break, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, or probe, scan, or test its security, except as our Security Research Policy allows. This includes trying to bypass Cloudflare's security checks or any rate limit.
- Spread malware. Upload, send, or link to viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Scrape or overload. Scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the site by automated means in a way that burdens it or ignores our robots.txt file. Search engine and AI crawlers that identify themselves and follow robots.txt are welcome.
- Impersonate us. Pretend to be Lobby Labs, any of our team, or our Pip character, or suggest that we endorse or are affiliated with you when we do not.
- Abuse the early-access list. Sign up anyone other than yourself, use a fake, disposable, or someone else's email address, or submit signups with bots or scripts.
2. What we can do
If we believe you have violated this policy, we may, without notice, remove you from the early-access list, block your access to the site, and report the conduct to law enforcement where appropriate. We decide what counts as a violation, acting reasonably.
3. Reporting a violation
To report a violation of this policy, email legal@lobbylabs.net. To report a security vulnerability, follow the Security Research Policy.
